We are aiming to combine quality juice with elements of individuality. We use oak barrels as well as stainless steel tanks as we like the complexity that barrel fermentation brings. We keep wine back each year for future blending also where we can. We also store and disgorge our sparkling wine on site so nothing is moved until it is ready to drink.
