This lovely room is perfect for tasting our sparkling wines. Our first Classic Cuvee 2014 was released on 28th November 2018 and sold out in a few days. A much larger release will follow in Spring 2019. Over time we intend to create a range of sparkling wines including Classic Cuvee, Rose, and Blanc de Blancs. We intend to long age a good part of the Classic Cuvee and the Blanc de Blancs so that we will have sparkling wines to suit every palate.
